Out-of-Network Rates

Psychotherapy sessions are billed at $250 per session (out-of-network). However, a sliding scale is available based on financial need, with session fees ranging from $150 to $250.

For all other services, including comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, cognitive rehabilitation, executive functioning training, and consultation, please contact our office for detailed pricing information.

The final cost of an evaluation is determined by the time required to complete the assessment process. This includes face-to-face sessions, record review, test scoring and interpretation, report writing, and a feedback session. The total cost may vary depending on the complexity of the referral question and the specific needs of each case.

For clients with insurance plans we do not accept, we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Additionally, we are proud to partner with Thrizer, a platform designed to streamline the out-of-network (OON) process for you.

If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse a portion of the session cost. With Thrizer, you no longer need to pay the full session fee upfront and wait for reimbursements. Instead, Thrizer allows you to pay only your co-pay for sessions, saving clients an average of 70% upfront. During the intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and determine how much your co-insurance would cover.
